Chalet Pouilly
Winery
Located on a hillside overlooking the village of Pouilly, with 8 hectares of vineyards this Domaine has been family owned and operated for the last hundred years. Today the Domaine is run by Doctor Bernard Léger-Plumet and his wife Agnes. They believe the beauty of their wines is derived directly from the vineyard. Their vines are old, and their soil rich and calcareous. Combine this with their delicate use of oak, and no added yeasts during fermentation, and the result is an extremely elegant and ageable Burgundy. These are wines that will please any connoisseur.

Pouilly Fuisse 2006
“Shows fine intensity, with the vivid structure driving its stone, lemon and mineral flavors. This is almost too powerful now, but the long, smooth finish reveals both the harmony and the beauty of this white. Best from 2011 through 2022. 2,750 cases made.”
